Abs
Rectus Abdominis (Abs) is a paired muscle that connects your ribs to your pubis. It helps not only with lumbar flexion and activities such as breathing but also is an important stabilizer muscle of the pelvis! Below are some examples of activities you can perform to strengthen your abdominal muscles.

MANY patients are anterior chain dominant (meaning their quads and hip flexors are stronger than their Glut/Hamstrings). If this is the case or we have talked about this OR discussed having "lower cross syndrome", you should avoid these particular exercises.
